Opened the thumb drive in the new computer and dragged the fonts I wanted into the 'add font' box I don't need dozens of languages I don't use anyway and, there are always those fonts that look like fun but are not really 'readable' (used to work for a gal who would post notices in fonts most could not read) So I opened the font folder and decided to just drag the fonts I use. That did not seem to work, it called it a 'short cut' I had the impression I could drag the font folder to the thumb drive Wasted time today looking at font sites trying to decide if I'd trust them and, shopping for CDs Setting up new computer, I spent over an hour yesterday reworking some greeting cards because I didn't have the fonts from the older computer
