This morning i had the same issue and external displays aren't resolving the situation. Just recently they have started to blink a constant amber flashing light on the power button. Then the fans will power cycle high than off. at one point a message came up on the screen saying something about the virtual memory is full or something. Case 2: Dell Laptop Won’t Turn on No Power The charging indicator in the corner of the taskbar shows that it's fully charged and IS connected to a charger.
